1. Services Overview

We provide online coaching services, including but not limited to personal and professional development coaching, group coaching, online courses, webinars, and digital resources (collectively referred to as “Services”).

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
– Provide accurate and current information during registration.
– Comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment and Fees

  – All fees for our Services must be paid in full before the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

– All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy (see below).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– You may cancel your participation in any coaching session, course, or program by providing written notice within 72 hours of enrollment of the program.
– Refunds will be provided within 7 to 15 working days after the cancellation of the program.
– No cancellations or refunds available for the Pro Educators Intro course which is priced at Rs 99

5. Rescheduling

– We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session or program if necessary. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled date or full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

– All content provided by Pro Educators Community including text, videos, images, audio, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:
– Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
– Disrupt or interfere with the security or accessibility of our website or Services.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, user accounts, or computer systems.
– Share or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
